  • Prior to installing modules please obtain information about any requirements and necessary approvals for the site, installation and inspection from the relevant authorities.

    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

    WARNING: This chapter contains important safety and operating instructions. Read and keep this manual for future reference.

    1. Before using the unit, read all instructions and cautionary markings on the unit, the batteries and all appropriate sections of this manual.

    2. CAUTION --To reduce risk of injury, charge only deep-cycle lead acid type rechargeable batteries. Other types of batteries may burst, causing personal injury and damage.

    3. Do not disassemble the unit. Take it to a qualified service center when service or repair is required. Incorrect re-assembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.

    4. To reduce risk of electric shock, disconnect all wirings before attempting any maintenance or cleaning. Turning off the unit will not reduce this risk.

    5. CAUTION – Only qualified personnel can install this device with battery. 6. NEVER charge a frozen battery.

    7. For optimum operation of this inverter/charger, please follow required spec to select appropriate cable size. It’s very important to correctly operate this inverter/charger.

    8. Be very cautious when working with metal tools on or around batteries. A potential risk exists to drop a tool to spark or short circuit batteries or other electrical parts and could cause an explosion.

    9. Please strictly follow installation procedure when you want to disconnect AC or DC terminals. Please refer to INSTALLATION section of this manual for the details.

    10. Fuses (3 pieces of 40A, 32VDC for 1KVA, 4 pieces of 40A, 32VDC for 2KVA and 6 pieces for 3KVA, 1piece of 200A, 58VDC for 4KVA and 5KVA) are provided as over-current protection for the battery supply.

    11. GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS -This inverter/charger should be connected to a permanent grounded wiring system. Be sure to comply with local requirements and regulation to install this inverter. 

    12. NEVER cause AC output and DC input short circuited. Do NOT connect to the mains when DC input short circuits.

    The module is intended for use in general open-air climates, as defined in IEC 60721-2-1: Classification of environmental conditions Part-2-1: Environmental conditions appearing in nature - Temperature and humidity.

    · Please consult the atakale Solar Inc. technical  support department for more information on the  use of modules in special climates, , such as an altitude greater than 2000 m.

    Exposing modules to salt (i.e. marine environments) or sulfur (i.e. sulfur sources, volcanoes) incurs the risk of module corrosion. · Do not expose modules and their   onnectors to any unauthorized chemical substances (e.g. oil, lubricant, pesticide, etc.), as modules may incur damages.

    Basic System Architecture 

    The following illustration shows basic application for this inverter/charger. It also includes following devices to have a complete running system:

     Generator or Utility. 

     PV modules (option)

    Consult with your system integrator for other possible system architectures depending on your requirements. This inverter can power all kinds of appliances in home or office environment, including motor-type appliances such as tube light, fan, refrigerator and air conditioner.

    CAUTION!! Before connecting to AC input power source, please install a separate AC breaker between inverter and AC input power source. This will ensure the inverter can be securely disconnected during maintenance and fully protected from over current of AC input. The recommended spec of AC breaker is 10A for 1KVA, 20A for 2KVA, 32A for 3KVA, 40A for 4KVA and 50A for 5KVA.
    CAUTION!! There are two terminal blocks with “IN” and “OUT” markings. Please do NOT mis-connect input and output connectors. WARNING! All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel. WARNING! It’s very important for system safety and efficient operation to use appropriate cable for AC input connection. It sells inverters, batteries, panels and other equipment that it imports or outsources with the solinved label. It is not a manufacturer, it is sold in its store.
Solinved Advantages and Disadvantages- (When you buy the product, it means that you have accepted the following terms.)
- Solinved is the cheap product group of the solar energy sector.
- It sells all the products necessary for a solar energy system.
- Components that determine the quality of the product, such as IGBT MOSFEt used in inverters, are of lower quality than Tunçmatik and tommatech.
- Although it is written that there is short circuit and reverse protection, this protection of the products does not work effectively and is excluded from the warranty.
- It has a service, but the warranty service fee is requested by the importer company in case of errors or malfunctions related to the products.
-There is a service only in Ankara where the company headquarters is located.

 Gel, Lead Seal ,Ion, LifePo4 Battery
It is recommended to purchase a special communication cable if you are connecting to Lithium-Ion battery banks. Please refer to Appendix II- BMS Communication Installation for details.
Battery Equalization
Equalization function is added into charge controller. It reverses the buildup of negative chemical effects like stratification, a condition where acid concentration is greater at the bottom of the battery than at the top. Equalization also helps to remove sulfate crystals that might have built up on the plates. If left unchecked, this condition, called sulfation, will reduce the overall capacity of the battery. Therefore, it’s recommended to equalize battery periodically. In Equalize stage, the controller will supply power to charge battery as much as possible until battery voltage raises to battery equalization voltage. Then, constant-voltage regulation is applied to maintain battery voltage at the battery equalization voltage. The battery will remain in the Equalize stage until setting battery equalized time is arrived

Parallel Function
This inverter can be used in parallel with three different operation modes.
-Parallel operation in single phase is with up to 6 units. The supported maximum output power for 7.2KW model is 43.2KW/43.2KVA. The supported maximum output power for 6.5KW model is 39KW/39KVA.
- Maximum six units work together to support three-phase equipment. Maximum four units support one phase.
- Maximum six units work together to support split-phase equipment only available for 6.5KW model. 5 units support one phase maximum. The supported maximum output power is 39KW/39KVA and one phase can
be up to 32.5KW/32.5KVA.

Protection voltage
Triggering time of the equipment increased up to 33 volts can thus be used with more types of batteries and new technologies that appear.

The new axpert 3000W PF1 all in one inverter increases power by 25% compared to the previous model, thus providing a real 3000W output.

Axpert pure sine wave hybrid inverter
The new all in one 24V 3000W MPPT 60A is a powerful pure sine wave inverter suitable for connecting any appliance, motor, ... up to 3000W. It allows to work at 110% several minutes and double its power for 5 seconds for inductive loads and engine start thanks to its high power of overload.

MPPT 60A regulator
MPPT regulator of 60A and up to 145 volts in open circuit. The MPPT regulator charge voltage allows to reach 27 volts to be able to use lead acid, gel or agm batteries. The all in one inverter comes with a 60A ac charger to charge if necessary. 60-amp battery charger that allows you to use the electrical network or a generator to charge batteries if necessary. Ability to charge 120 amps with network and solar panels delivering power simultaneously to the batteries.
