Description
BMS (Battery Management System) - a battery management system that is designed to monitor the status of batteries, control the process of charging/discharging the battery, etc. This Module has Protection against short circuits and protection against over-discharge. The module is to turn off the power supply for the batteries when reaching the maximum capacity of all batteries (balancing). The battery charge is switched off when the voltage reaches cell cutt of voltage and the discharge when the voltage drops to 2.3 - 3.0 V.
Atakale  Provides quality warranty for the hardware products and accessories sold by our company. The warranty period is as shown above. During the warranty period, the company shall have the right to choose to repair or replace the whole set of products after receiving the notice of the product failure and verification. The whole set of replacement productsmay be new or close to new.

Atakale., ltd. shall not provide free warranty for any product failure or damage caused by :(a) improper use or improper maintenance;(b) software, accessories, components or other items not provided by chengdu jikong technology co., LTD.;(c) unauthorized removal, modification and misuse;(d) use in excess of the scope specified in the technical specifications of the product;(e) improper transport, handling and storage;(f) failure or damage caused by other non-mass causes (e.g. earthquake, war, traffic accident, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, the above warranty is the only express warranty and there are no other warranties, whether written or oral. 
Lithium battery smart BMS is a management system tailored for large capacity series lithium battery packs. It has the functions of voltage collection, active balancing of large current, overcharge over-current over-temperature protection, Coulombmeter, Bluetooth communication, GPS remote and so on. It is suitable for lithium iron phosphate, lithium ternary and other battery types. 
The BMS relies on our Proprietary technology for Active Balancing. Our high current active balancing technology can ensure maximum battery consistency, improve battery life, delay Battery aging. The BMS has a companion mobile APP that supports Android V. 7 and above and IOS operating systems. The APP can connect to the BMS via Bluetooth on your mobile phone to check the battery working status and to modify the working parameters of the BMS, control the charging, discharging switches, and so on. The BMS is small in size, simple to operate and full of functions, that can be widely used in battery PACK of small sightseeing cars, walkers, shared cars, high-power storage, base station backup power, solar power stations and other products.。
This is essential so that everything is reading, sending/receiving the correct Voltages @ the Battery Terminals / DC Bus (for Parallel Banks of Batteries).
 When an SCC or Inverter/Charger etc is charging @ 25.6/51.2 You need to ensure that is WHAT the Batteries See. Otherwise, the differential "will" cause a Mismatch and generate an error (*1), either at the SCC or any Charge Device on the DC Bus (*2).
 The BMS is the MOST Precise @ measuring the Battery & the Cell Voltage States. This applies to a Single Battery or a Bank of Batteries.
 Not All SCC's or Charging Devices have a Compensation/Correction setting within them. Therefore you have to do the "Math" to compensate for that differential. Therefore you "must" take Voltage Measurements @ the SCC, Charger & Battery Terminals/Bus, then make adjustments to match your desired Charge Profile to prevent such incidents.
 A Digital Multimeter / Digital Volt/Ohm Meter with at least 2 Decimal Place voltage displays is Most Highly Recommended to do so. A Single Digit device is TOO  NACCURATE for any
Lithium Based Battery or cell.
(*1) This can result in Over/Under voltage reading triggering an error. IF over or under it can also create the "Runner Cell" situation where one or more cells within a Battery can run & defeat the Working Voltage Range (3.000-3.400) of the cells, triggering a BMS Fault. This is Very Common with new/fresh
installations that are NOT Corrected & Balanced for Voltage.
(*2) Note that ALL DC-Lines will suffer some loss over the length of the wire run. These include every terminal, lug, bolt, switch, and even fuses & breakers collectively. While each individual "item" may not be large (unless there is a Fault), collectively they can add up quite quickly collectively. This is an "accuracy" requirement problem with using Lithium Based tech as opposed to Lead Acid which is more "brute force" and not as accurate due to the very Tight Voltage Curves in comparison to Lead-Acid. 
Typical Faults creating large drops, with some basic problem avoidance solutions:
 Loose or dirty connections,
 Poor or weak crimped terminals,
 Overly long wiring, including wires of Different Lengths (+) & (-) should be as close to identical lengths as possible,
 Low-Grade or Incorrect wiring used for the application, load & demands,
 Quality wires (Fine Strand Pure Copper) tinned or not, along with Tinned Terminal lugs is always the best solution,
 All Connections to Lugs etc should be shrink wrapped with quality adhesive bound Shrink
Wrap to prevent air/moisture infiltration over time that can cause corrosion & deterioration. Do NOT avoid using long enough shrink wrap. 
Final Important Note:
It is extremely important to not that various devices like Solar Charge Controllers, Inverter/Chargers etc all have varying hardware, firmware and user interface software. This makes Calibration & Configuration more demanding for proper operations between all the variety of device.
Expressly disclaims any implied warranty or commercial terms
1. The BMS is a professional accessory. Many operating errors will result in product damage, so please follow the instructions manual or wiring video tutorial for compliance operation.
2. Strictly forbidden to reversely connect the B- and P- cables of the BMS,forbidden to confuse wiring.
3.Li-ion, LiFePO4 and LTO BMS are not universal and incompatible, mixed use is strictly prohibited.
4.BMS only be used on battery packs with the same strings.
5.It is strictly forbidden to use the BMS for over-current situation and unreasonably configure the BMS. Please consult customer service if you don't know how to choose  he BMS correctly.
6. Standard BMS are prohibited from being used in series or in parallel connection. Please consult customer service for details if it is necessary to use in parallel or series connection.
7. Forbidden to disassemble the BMS without permission during use. The BMS does not enjoy the warranty policy after privately dismantling.
8. Our BMS has waterproof function. Because of these pins are metal, forbidden to soak in water to avoid oxidation damage.
9. Lithium battery pack needs to be equipped with dedicated lithium battery charger, other chargers cannot be mixed to avoid voltage instability etc. lead to the breakdown  f the MOS tube.
10.Strictly forbidden to revise the special parameters of Smart BMS without permission. Pls contact customer service if you need to modify it. After-sales service cannot be provided if the BMS was be damaged or locked due to unauthorized parameters modification.
11. The use scenarios of the DALY BMS include: Electric two-wheeled bicycle, forklifts, tourist vehicles, E-tricycles, low speed Four-wheeler, RV energy storage, photovoltaic energy storage, home and outdoor energy storage and etc. If the BMS needs to be used in special conditions or purposes, as well as customized parameters or functions, please consult customer service in advance.
12. After receiving the prototype confirmation, please return it in time. There is no return and problemfeedbackwithin 7 days. Our default customer test is qualified;
13. The picture in the book is a general-purpose model picture, which may be different fromthe sample deliverymachine. How BMS Connect
1.The sequence of the protective board connection battery wiring:
Special attention: The wire cable of different manufacturers are not same standard, please make sure to use he- matching cables; the colors of B- and P- lines of different manufacturers are different, please pay attention to the B- and P- marks.
1. Remember!!! When welding sampling wire cable, do not insert the cable into the BMS.
2.The cable connects the total negative electrode B-from the fine black line. The second wire (red wire) is connected to the positive pole of the first string of batteries.Connect the positive electrode of each string of batteries in turn until the last wire cable of the total positive B+.

This module of the battery charge-discharge controller has 8 outputs:

Key Features

Lithium Battery Packs need to be Balanced Charged and protected from Over Charge and Over-Discharge. This ensures the safety of the circuit and gives optimum battery life preserving the original capacity through use. You can use this Battery Management System(BMS) to ensure these conditions. It also offers short-circuit protection. 

If you are using a 1S Lithium Battery in your project, you can also use this BMS Module to protect it from short circuits in the circuit. In the event of a short circuit, the BMS will cut power to the battery and restart.

This module provides overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits, and also overcurrent draw protection to the Battery Pack. It also charges the battery in a balanced manner.

For any protection condition, the 1S 3A LiFePO4 Lithium Battery recovers automatically after some time after the protection trigger condition is not present.

NOTE: Before, attaching the battery pack or making a battery pack, ensure that all the batteries in the battery pack are having the same voltage level, if any of the battery is having different voltage then give it a cycle of charge/discharge and make all batteries at a same voltage level than only attach it with Battery Management System.
